1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

2. Our Services

Artisan Grove provides custom woodworking services, including but not limited to bespoke furniture, architectural woodwork, and restoration. All services are subject to a separate client agreement which will detail the scope, timeline, and cost of the specific project.

The information and portfolio items on this website are for illustrative purposes. The natural variation in wood grain, color, and character means that no two pieces will be exactly alike. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Payments and Deposits

For all custom commissions, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work commences. This deposit secures your place in our production schedule and covers the cost of materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to delivery or collection.

4. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Artisan Grove. This includes all text, graphics, logos, and images. Designs created by Artisan Grove as part of the commission process remain our intellectual property. Clients may be granted a license for the use of the physical object, but not for the reproduction of the design.

Designs and sketches submitted by clients through the Design Studio or other means are used solely for the purpose of creating their commissioned piece. We respect your creative input and will not reproduce your unique design for other clients without explicit permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Artisan Grove, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Artisan Grove operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
